Turnkey projects and facility work
Some projects are difficult because several trades meet in the same space. WLK can scope the work as a connected project: existing conditions, drawings, power, equipment, controls, construction sequence, inspections, commissioning, and final handoff.

From selective upgrades to complex buildouts
Potential packages include facility improvements, customized remodeling, machinery installation, metal fabrication and welding, finish work, punch-list completion, turnovers, and recurring building maintenance. A project may also call for carpentry, flooring, tile, drywall, painting, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, hardscape, or cleaning. Those trade scopes are defined individually; the proposal identifies who will perform them and what permits or specialist qualifications apply.
Keep the closeout visible
We organize open items, responsible parties, inspection points, equipment records, and acceptance criteria so the owner can tell what is complete and what remains. Site conditions and capacity determine whether WLK takes on a project and how it is delivered.
Submitting a request does not book a visit or authorize work. Scope, provider, price, and schedule are confirmed separately.
