Building and home automation
Good automation follows the building's operation. It does not add a dashboard for its own sake. WLK reviews how lighting, electrical loads, HVAC, access, security interfaces, monitoring, and other installed systems should work together before selecting controls or connectivity.

Clear sequences and boundaries
The project starts with desired behavior, local overrides, fault response, privacy and network access, and what should happen when a device or connection fails. Integrations with fire, security, or other regulated systems are evaluated against their manufacturer instructions and the responsible trade's authority.
A handoff the owner can use
The closeout package should explain controls, settings, dependencies, service access, and what to check first when something changes. Projects may be residential or commercial; site and equipment compatibility are reviewed before scope and pricing.
Submitting a request does not book a visit or authorize work. Scope, provider, price, and schedule are confirmed separately.
