Commissioning, maintenance, and O&M

Installation is one stage of a system's life. WLK scopes verification, fault investigation, planned maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and turnover records for industrial equipment, power and energy systems, building controls, and facility assets.

Equipment commissioning and documentation

Establish a known baseline

Commissioning records should capture equipment identity, current settings, test results, known exceptions, and the operating sequence. Troubleshooting should start with symptoms, event history, recent changes, and safe test points. That record makes later decisions traceable and reduces repeated discovery.

Maintenance with defined deliverables

An O&M scope can include inspections, condition or infrared review where appropriate, cleaning, monitoring and production reporting, preventive tasks, repair recommendations, upgrades, operator training, and updated documentation. Selective small-engine or powersports equipment work can be reviewed through the same intake. Frequency, response coverage, service rates, and any performance obligation are established in a written agreement for that system.

Submitting a request does not book a visit or authorize work. Scope, provider, price, and schedule are confirmed separately.
