Technical intake is not acceptance

Submitting a request, receiving an automated acknowledgement, or participating in a preliminary review does not create an appointment, accepted scope, service commitment, or contractor-client relationship.

Estimates and accepted work

A preliminary estimate is nonbinding. Work begins only after a written scope, proposal, service package, or other agreement identifies the legal operating entity, applicable price, payment, schedule, warranty, and change-order terms and is separately issued and accepted.

Safety and site information

Remote intake cannot replace qualified onsite evaluation. Do not submit or follow instructions that require unsafe access, bypass safeguards, or perform energized work. You are responsible for providing accurate site, equipment, access, and hazard information.

Acceptable website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, upload malicious material, scrape protected information, create unauthorized automated accounts, or represent a request as accepted before written confirmation.
